This simple and to the point 8-week online course is focused on equipping you with the essentials you need to create a strong unshakeable foundation of fitness. Thus,gGiving you the resources and groundwork to set your fitness goals securely in place.

Crafted by a Seasoned Health Educator, Trainer & Yoga Teacher in her 40s. This program is ideal for beginners and anyone seeking to enhance their fitness routine, particularly for women over 40. Our approach integrates effortlessly into daily life, ensuring that fitness remains both convenient and sustainable.

The Build Unshakeable Fitness Course is a online program designed to give you all you all the infomration you need to establish a solid fitness foundation. 

We guide you to seamlessly & gradually incorporate beneficial habits into your everyday life, all without having to go to the gym (you can add that as a supplement to your fitness strategy if you wish).

We focus on functional fitness, including bodyweight exercises and adaptable at-home workout plans for all levels. Using minimal equipment and a few feet of space you can achieve your desired level of fitness. (lean & strong).

The Build Unshakable Fitness Course is the prerequisite for private individual training with BeEncouraged FItness.

StartingPoint

StartingPoint is Part One of the Build Unshakable Fitness Series. In this course you will began creating a fitness plan that fits into your everyday. We will focus in on the first part of our Elements of FItness.

This course can be taken individually. You may opt to join a group course or gather a group (friends/ co-workers) to take the course together.

This 8-week training program aims to establish your fitness base. We will focus on the first four key elements: mindset, hydration, whole food, and daily movement. We also introduce basic mobility and bodyweight strength.

Learn how minor adjustments to your daily habits can lead to remarkable improvements in your fitness over time.

The program is guided by weekly online email with information content and plans for the week.

We start with initial assessments. We will cover how to create a flexible strategy using a simple notebook for planning and tracking progressThis planner will be essential when it comes to creating and maintaining your strategy.

Most activities will be completed independently at home, with weekly 15-minute phone calls (most weeks) to discuss each week’s focus, and longer calls in weeks 1 and 8

Additionally, there will be two 1-hour in-person outdoor training sessions.

HabitBuilding​

HabitBuilding is Part Two of the Build Unshakable Fitness Series. In this course you will keep up working on your fitness plan and continue working on your fitness plan. This course is 6-weeks long.  We will work on building a fintess habit through developng a adaptable stratey. And continue working on the ELements of Fintess. 

This course can be taken individually. You may opt to join a group course or gather a group (friends/ co-workers) to take the course together.

This 6-week training program continiues from the last course. Building a habit takes lots of repition. It also takes self awareness and fortitue.
