This is a weekend day from 9am- 3pm that included snacks, yoga (9am), fitness classes (10:30), and a lunch and interavitve speaker (12 noon). hiking (1:30),

Mini Retreat
Each Year we offer a one-night mini retreat near Portland. This is a way to dive in and create new healthy habits in a lovely and supportive space- in nature. These are a combination of: Hikes, Fitness classes, yoga, meditation, Massage, healthy catered whole foods and beautiful music. There is also a speaker at the dinner.
